14-year-old Ryan Hickman, from southern California, has been running his recycling business with his dad for nearly a decade! His dad started by helping Ryan pick up bottles and cans from neighbors and then collect the money from the local recycling center. Now, Ryan has 14 employees who drive around California collecting recycling it's become a family business driven by Ryan's passion for the planet. He gets to spend time with his dad, save for college, and save the environment!!
